Flash & Media Capture is a Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista application that helps you collect images, video and Flash animations from Web pages while browsing Internet websites. It is fully integrated into Microsoft Internet Explorer. A standalone Flash player is also included. You can view movies after they have been saved.

Flash & Media Capture adds a nice toolbar to Internet Explorer that allows you to save all media files to a folder of your choice on a local disk.

You can save the following files with Flash & Media Capture:

Images. Flash & Media Capture gives you a comfortable tool to save images from pages you are browsing. You can see the full list of images on a page where you can select and save all or some of them. Selecting an image shows it in the preview area.

Another way to save all images is the AutoSave feature.

Flash animations. Saving Flash animations is similar to saving images. You will see all objects on the page in the Flash & Media Capture Save dialog. You may choose to save all of the files or only the ones you need. The preview area will display Flash animations. You can save animations, flash presentations and even games.

Flash & Media Capture also has a unique ability to save Compound Flash Files. When Flash animation consists of several linked (embedded) .swf files, saving only one of them will render the file unusable. Here is where Flash & Media Capture's special abilities come into play - a compressed executable file consisting of all the movies is created, allowing you to view the movies long after they've been removed from a website or otherwise modified. Besides that, you can also move flash files to computers that don't have an internet connection using Flash & Media Capture by simply exporting them as an executable (.exe) file.

Video files. You can save lots of online video files (flv and Apple QuickTime formats). Flash & Media Capture supports YouTube, Google Video, MySpace and many other video sites.

Flash & Media Capture toolbar has a separate Video cache button. It keeps list of video files that were downloaded by Internet Explorer. Select the desired files from the list to save them in the original FLV format or as an executable file. The latter is especially useful because you do not need to install any additional FLV players to view saved videos. You must only have the standard Flash ActiveX component installed for Internet Explorer.

Thanks for this upload. I wish I had found this long ago. There used to be some great flash music vids that I can't find now or the sites have gone down. I would have loved to save them. I will not miss those special ones again thanks to you. Great upload!
