Welp, after more research and 2 more virus scanners added to my system I came across this on a simple search http://virscan.org/report/5fea586a66cd92017db86b149d8c13d7.html In short, believe what you wish and if you think its infected don't use it.

I'm looking into it, but just a quick word about anti-virus makers... lets just say that the competition is fierce, how many of them are out there and how many 'pissing' contests are there over which is better? I have had exe files that I created flagged for crap that I know doesn't exist.
But again, thanks and I am looking into it.
