Unlocker 1.8.7
Windows 2000 / XP / 2003 / Vista - Unlocker is Free
Ever had such an annoying message given by Windows?
ERROR DELELETING FILES AND FOLDER
Cannot delete Folder: It is being used by another person or program.
Close any programs that may be using the file and try agaian.
It has many other flavors:
Cannot delete file: Access is denied
There has been a sharing violation.
The source or destination file may be in use.
The file is in use by another program or user.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
Unlocker is the solution!
1. Simply right click the folder or file and select Unlocker
2. If the folder or file is locked, a window listing of lockers will appear
3. Simply click Unlock All and you are done!
I have tried mny programs. My system put folders on my backup drive that had no business being there.They were system files with no data in them.Some I couldn't even open.They started cluterring up my drive and must been about 12 folders,were the came from who knows.There was no property values,just 15 digit names.Found this app in a forum I was reading,things you can find in forums lol.And I didn't have to reboot.

| apps are hard to find that work on x64.Its a slow go for the system.Its not like its hotcakes.Im still an xp user,thought 98 was still the best for operation.Waitng to see 7 in action.and yvw |

I'm running XP x64, and while this app install, it will not do anything
though it shows up in the system tray. May not work on any other x64 either,
and the author isn't much interested in fixing it from what he told me a few
months back. However, it works great on x32. |
