Explanation:
1. Finding a target.
Find a target that allows you to upload files. You can bypass image
restrictions by adding .php%00jpg (the null byte) etc.
2. Write the exploit.
Write the php exploit , or download a c99 shell (google it) 
3. Upload to server and clear logs.
Upload your script to the server and don't forget to clear the logs.
4. Listen to a port and make the server connect to you.
You listen to a port with the help of netcat (nc -v -l -n -p [port])
Then make the server to connect to you.
5. Find a way to get root.

Don't worry, the AVG not even allow to me open that files. It's a shame because I was wanted to make my own AIOS.
I warning you because some virus definitions are very specific in this case and non appear to be "false positive" matter.

AVG is very sensitive with kg/patch/crk.
My KIS no find nothing.
If you afraid read here http://fr33sp33k.h33t.com/index.php/topic,1558.0.html how to extract AIO packs and after extract, delete the files you find.
