Now I'll talk about another program, easy to use and with some good channels : called TvAnts . It also updates regurarly , you can stream on this program yourself so it's all easy. Installation in English, program in English , and many many great channels.
The newest version of TVants is support Window Vista and Window Media Player 11, a few changes:
1. Prevent pop up advertisement
2. Support Window Media Player 11 and Window Vista
3. fix the bug on activeX playing while IE browser closed
4. Tracker channel management functions added, channel checking is
allowed and only checked channel can be searched.
5. Tracker can add small bannner advertisement on the TVants player
6. Stop users from adding channels

During the World Cup football last year we discovered TVU. We redirected over 100.000 people towards it during the World Cup, and TVU grew out to 1 of the biggest P2P programs. And it is great, that's why we had the 1st guide of it.
But during the beginning of 2007 TVU started to remove the great channels we loved: ESPN , CBS , Fox, ABC and many other great ones. They also did remove some popular sports channels and it became a bit less interested. It's still a good working program but the amount of "good sports channels" got only lower.
Using the TVUplayer:
To start the TVUplayer, double-click the "TVUPlayer" icon on your Desktop. The channels available are listed on the left-hand side of the application. To watch any channel, simply click on its name. After a short delay, the video will appear; it may take a little time for the video to stabilize and deliver a consistent picture. To change the channel, click on a different channel on the list at the left. You can control the audio volume with the slider on the bottom right.

VGO info
Yes, we did find a new program a while ago already, and it's also a good program.
Many other sites took it over and it grew out to a larger program.
VGO , a quite new complete Chinese program , which is a bit negative , we would like it more if it was in English, but we can live with it.
It got some good channels :
Guandong , CCTV5 , ESPN , Guangzhou , StarSports and QSIV.
It's a bit based on PPStream, but it works sometimes faster and easier.

SopCast
It should be running better, faster, a better switching between files and a lower CPU rate. So it should be getting better.It took a month before they released a new version. but it's finally there now. Enjoy!
