Yes it shows 25 results as a virus, but it isn't as it is a false positive due to the algorithms in the patch.

Up to you mate, try it out in VM, but i've opened the patch in my netbook (which i use for all of my testing) and nothing bad happened, ESET just deleted the file. I stopped ESET, ran the patch, then deleted the patch.
