Correction
It is Nero that's completely fucked up. It won't play it but will still convert and burn it. How stupid is that?

One question though. How come Nero doesn't play this. Comes up with an error. other players play it.
Tried G-Spot to identify the codec and found nothing out of the ordinary.
What program would encode like this ?
