Installation Method:
1. Download the office installer and run it.
2. DONT enter a serial during setup.
3. click customize to choose the components you want and install
4. DO NOT OPEN OFFICE AFTER INSTALL
5. Run crack.exe and THEN run install.bat
6. When all that is done copy OGACheckControl.dllinto windows/system32 folder and say yes to any overwrite prompts.
7. DONE! 
If you are getting a problem activating this, and if it keeps on asking you for a serial, a user on mininova pointed this out and it does work! Please do this (thanks too456):
install but don't enter the product key and hit continue, then click "no" on the pop up...after it is installed don't run office.
go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE12\Office Setup Controller\Proof.en and open the file with Notepad. Find the text near the bottom in quotes that says

But if I could give some advise, dont add or remove firewalls because it could give this error="Microsoft Office word has not been installed for the current user. Please Run setup to install the application."

For first I want to say that I normally speak Dutch .
@ the ones that having problems whit removing Microsoft Office Ultimate:
You better download Ccleaner. Whenn that's done, you have to get to a list of software.Click on Microsoft Office ULtimate.Click remove.And click yes. Thenn if you want to install it again you immiedeatlly beginn again from step 2 from the instructions  |

I used this, and at first it worked really fine~ 8D
