Before I start, I should mention that this album has no vocals or keyboards, yet is still VERY melodic.. But it doesn't matter, the album is still great without them. The guitars have a good distortion on them and the man behind Forest Of Fog has good riff composition skills, which make the guitars really enjoyable. And the drums, I believe they're a drum machine since it credits him as "programming" and not drumming, but it's not easy to tell if they're drum machine or not. He doesn't make them go unrealistically fast or play anything that a real person couldn't play easily. The drum machine he uses also has a really good sound and sound like a real drum set, you won't notice it's a drum machine unless you happen to be an expert at this. The drums don't go full speed as I said before and it's not just blast beating over and over. Forest Of Fog use a lot of variation in their drumming, as well as their guitars to form great instrumental music. Amidst all the music there will sometimes be a small acoustic part which sounds excellent and really fits the music well. Aside from the lack of vocals, this is a perfect album.
