WARNING VSO ConvertXtoDVD 3 5 0 131+keygen {A TeaM Str!d3r UpL0aD} Uploader: nod97user When you try to install the app AND when you try the KG (both), a secret embedded executable called [attrib.exe] tries to install itself covertly! Even though I caught both attempts in time, I had other problems when I rebooted the PC later on; another executable [lsass.exe] tries to logon to the internet (probably phone home!) and I blocked it! In Task manager it shows up as a new USER process (quite fishy!)! If you attempt to "End Process", nothing happens! I then tried to kill it using a portable process explorer and succeeded but then it starts a timer that kills the operating system! Whoa! Not one high-end reliable security app reports this as an infection, YET IT IS! I rebooted using a WinPE disc (with special stuff on it) and started a little investigation which led to the following: -the fake [lsass.exe] covertly installs itself in [Windows\Cursors] directory and when you look at it's properties you see the following: file size: 2316KB black shield icon/logo with BRD on it (anyone know this AsHole hacker/ group?) File Version: 1.00 Original Filename: ada.exe Product Name: fdgdfgdfg I removed it but only after ascertaining that it was indeed the culprit because [lsass.exe] is a real Microsoft executable found in: C:\windows\system32 C:\windows\system32\dllcache C:\windows\software distribution However, ALL of them are 13KB in size and have legitimate Microsoft properties entries! This explains WHY it kills the operating system when you kill the fake process which has the same name and takes control over the legitimate ones! Hope this helps you solve the problem if you have it! Please alert the site admins about this uploader! If any of you are good hackers, why don't you track down this bastard(s) and return the "favour"!

[size=5]STOP[/size] It passed ALL my various (installed & portables) A/Vs and other well known safety apps (Trojan Remover, Avast Pro, A-Squared, etc...) BUT another one I usually don't use picked up something very unusual to say the least!!! Something called [attrib.exe] was cleverly and covertly embedded in BOTH the app & the keygen! I know it definitely does NOT belong in the app and I might not have known about the keygen BUT the fact that the idiots were so "Ahole" to put into both, blew their cover!!! Thank you for infecting us on H33T! Also notice that the source (authors, uploader?) is not a usual and well respected H33T uploader; should have known!!!
