So when I try to get help.  It tells me that the manual hasn't been installed and to go to nero to download manual.  I'm not being sucessful at this.  Your original download has the manual but when I click on one of the manuals I get the same resopones.  What am I doin wrong?

So my download and installation was successful. Opening programs was not a problem.  But when I go to import images it says that I need to do a Third Party Patent Activation. When I say activate online it informs me that it detected a pirated serial number.  To continue legal use of this produce I need to upgrade with a special discount by purchasing full version. Basically I need to buy it.  So how do i go around this step.  I don't want to buy it just use what I have successfully.  Please help ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I downloaded it,could work with neighter nero vission or nero recode. So there's no use of this thing for me. I uninstalled it. It was uninstalled from "add or remove programs" but none of the actual files were deleted and every time i login to my pc i get message to buy serial number! What shoould i do?

the patentactivation.exe can be removed without hiccup, but the advrcntr4.dll file is what stores the internal timer for the 30 days, and you can still burn with it after the 30 days, it is useable, the problem is the video conversion

patentactivation.exe is in the new folder: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nero\AdvrCntr4\

you can rename the patentactivation.exe to end in .exe.bak, as well as the NOSProductRegistration.dll to .dll.bak and the NOSUsageStatistics.dll to .dll.bak
