There is a user that comes on with 100% complete but never get a connection to the user on uttorrent , Slowly ppl are getting it im at 61.3 and the highest is 61.7 and i have dsl and can download up to 320kb on utorrent so its kinda buggin me

Calm down girls and guys! I have been watching and I noticed the it is not my bandwidth that is slow. I put two lines for seeding and the tracker feeds only 25 leechers that has major percentages per line with a minimum difference of .5%. All 25 must reach the same percentage before my seeders begin sending again. So, please be patient.
