For better workaround serial registration problems:

1. Open %SystemDrive%:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
2. Open with Notepad the file hosts located there
3. Add this line after line saying
127.0.0.1 localhost
127.0.0.1 adobeereg.com

I have not tested these apps so use at your own risk!
