ok, I read the instructions. Installed the program. extracted the patch to the pcpitstop folder in program files where the exe file is located and patched, it gave an error (Read Error) so I then browsed to the exe file and hot patch and it said patched successfully. Enjoy! But when I opened the program is says this product is not licensed and has a place to enter license key. So how do I get it registered? I feel like I did what I was supposed to do.

You have to read instructions properly. And reinstall the app.
